A father was found guilty and sentenced to prison for 25 years for raping his daughter when it was 17 years old since 2007.
In reading the court decision, other than sentenced to prison 25 years he also gets caning for any charges imposed on him.
The judge said he was found guilty of raping his biological child in a house in lenga, Muar, Johor, Malaysia at eight o'clock in the morning in 2007 and another in a house in Pagoh at midnight. This was again repeated in August last year and in the same house in October last year.
Tugiran Zairani Prosecutor asked the court to immediately enforce the verdict against the father of three children.
In the trial also revealed if the child is studying at boarding school but when he returned for a vacation when he raped the mother worked in a factory or while sleeping. As a result of the rape, the child is experiencing depression and should be referred to local mental hospital.
